Client Payment per Employer Report
The Client Payment per Employer Report quickly provides a list of outstanding
installments for clients linked to a specific employer. Watch a video demonstration: To access this report, your user role needs the Client Payment per
Employer Report option enabled under the Report section in Role
Setup. To access the report, navigate to: Reporting > Employer >
Client Payment per Employer. The report offers various selection options to help you pinpoint specific
data: Branch: You can generate the report for installments on loans that
were created on a specific branch. Region: You can generate the report for installments on loans that
were created in a specific region. File Format: (Required) Choose your desired output format:
XLS or XLSX. Payback Frequency: You can generate the report for installments of a
client with a specific payback frequency. Bank: (Optional) You can generate the report for installments of a
client with a specific bank. Filter Date: You can generate the report based on either the Loan
Agreement Date or Loan Instalment Date. Date Start: (Required) Enter the start date in
Date End: (Required) Enter the end date in Payback Type: You can generate the report for installments of loans
with a specific payback type. Salesperson: You can generate the report for installments of loans
with a specific salesperson. Employer Search: Use an asterisk Employer: You can generate the report for the installments of
clients with a specific employer. Status: You can generate the report according to the Employer Status
(All, Pending, Pre-Approved, Approved, Suspended, or Closed). Classification: You can generate the report for installments of a
client whose employer has a specific classification. Economic Sector: You can generate the report for installments of a
client whose employer falls into a specific economic sector. Finish: Select this button to generate the report. Cancel: Select this button to cancel your request. The report is primarily sorted by: Employer Name, Employee No,
Paypoint, Client No, Client Surname, Client
Initials, Loan No, and Due Date. You can print, view, or email the Employer Payment per Employer Report. View Online: You can view the report directly within the
system. Print: Print a physical copy of the report. Email: Email the report to a specific user. To use this feature,
ensure the necessary email address is set up on the user's profile under
Setup > Security > Users. Additionally, the Cash
Box Setup must be configured under Setup > Branches >
Cash Box (select the specific user by E-mail). Spreadsheet (XLS): Click the "XLS: Client Payment Per Employer
Report" hyperlink to open the report in a spreadsheet application (e.g.,
Microsoft Excel or Open Office). Once the information is in this format, you
can easily sort it to meet your specific business needs. The report displays the following information: Employer Name Employee Number Other Employer Reference Paypoint Client Number Client Initials Client Name Client Surname Client ID Number Bank Account Number Loan Number Loan Agreement Date Instalment Due Date Instalment Amount Due Number of Clients Number of Loans Back to Filter Option: Select this button to cancel your request and
go back to the previous page to adjust your report filters. Email Report: Select this button to receive this report via
email.
