Future Instalments Paid
The Future Instalments Paid Report allows you to view all early payments
received for loans. This report specifically identifies installments that
have a future due date but are already marked with a "paid" status. Accessing the Report: Navigate to Reporting > Loan > Future
Instalments Paid Report. Security: The security option for this report is available under the
Report Section of the Role Setup > Reporting > Future Instalment Paid
Report. This setting controls user access to the report. Watch Video: For a visual guide, please refer to: The report provides various selection options, allowing you to refine
information by branch, salesperson, date, and more. The following filters are
available: Branch: Generate the report for loans created in a specific branch
or all branches. Region: Generate the report for loans created in a specific region
or all regions. User: Generate the report for loans created by a specific user or
all users. Client Number Start: Specify the starting client number for the
report range. Client Number End: Specify the ending client number for the report
range. Status: Generate the report for loans associated with clients of a
specific status or all statuses. Frequency: Generate the report for loans on clients with a specific
payment frequency or all frequencies. Bank: Generate the report for loans on clients with a specific bank
or all banks. Loan Number Start: Select the starting loan number for the report
range. Loan Number End: Select the ending loan number for the report
range. Date End: This field is required. Enter the date in
Loan Product: Generate the report for specific loan products or all
loan products. Receipt Type: Generate the report for loans with a specific receipt
type or all receipt types. Salesperson: Generate the report for loans created by a specific
salesperson or all salespersons. Employer Search: Use an asterisk ( Employer: Generate the report for future installments of clients
associated with a specific employer. Classification: Generate the report for future installments of
clients where the employer has a specific classification. Economic Sector: Generate the report for future installments of
clients where the employer has a specific economic sector. The report can be sorted and displayed by the following criteria: Due Date Client Number The report can be generated in the following formats: XLS: Future Instalment Paid Report (Spreadsheet Workbook): Click on
the hyperlink "XLS: Future Instalment Paid Report" to download the report in
this format. This allows you to open the report in Excel or OpenOffice for
further analysis and customization, making it easy to sort information
according to your specific business needs. Email: The report can also be emailed to a specific user. Email Setup Requirements: The recipient's email address must be configured in their user profile:
Setup > Security > Users (complete the necessary email
address on the user profile). The Cash Box Setup must also be configured: Setup > Branches >
Cash Box (select the specific user by
E-mail). The following information is displayed on the report: Client Number Client Surname Client Name Loan Number Loan Payback Type Loan Custom Reference Number of Instalments Instalment Number Date Due Amount Received Record User Record Date Record Time The following buttons are available for interaction with the report: Finish: Select the Finish button to generate the report based
on your selected filters. Cancel: Select the Cancel button to cancel the report
generation request. Back to Filter Option: Select the Back to Filter Option
button to cancel the current request and return to the previous page to modify
filter criteria. Email Report: Select the Email Report button to send this
