In Default Fees and Interest
The In Default Fees and Interest Report provides a detailed view of
interest and fee amounts that were charged for installments that were in
default. Accessing the Report: Navigate to Reporting > Loan > In
Default Fees and Interest. Security: The security option for this report is available under the
Report Section of the Role Setup > Reporting > In Default Fees and
Interest Report. This setting controls user access to the
report. The report offers various selection options to refine information by branch,
user, date, and more. The following filters are available: Branch: Generate the report for loans created in a specific branch
or all branches. Region: Generate the report for loans created in a specific region
or all regions. User: Generate the report for loans created by a specific user or
all users. Loan Date Start: This field is required. Enter the date in
Loan Date End: This field is required. Enter the date in
Loan Product: Generate the report for specific loan products or all
loan products. Loan Status: Generate the report for loans with a specific loan
status or all loan statuses. The report can be sorted and displayed by the following criteria: Client Number Loan Number The report can be generated in the following formats: XLS: In Default Fees and Interest Range Report (Spreadsheet
Workbook): Click on the hyperlink "XLS: In Default Fees and Interest Range
Report" to download the report in this format. This allows you to open the
report in Excel or OpenOffice for further analysis and customization, making
it easy to sort information according to your specific business
needs. Email: The report can also be emailed to a specific user. Email Setup Requirements: The recipient's email address must be configured in their user profile:
Setup > Security > Users (complete the necessary email
address on the user profile). The Cash Box Setup must also be configured: Setup > Branches >
Cash Box (select the specific user by
E-mail). The report displays the following information: Client Number: The unique identifier of the client in
MAXMONEY. Loan Number: The unique identifier of the loan in MAXMONEY. Loan Status: The current status of the loan. Loan Payback Type: The method used to repay the loan. Agreement Interest: The interest amount according to the original
agreement at the inception of the loan. Agreement Service Fees: The service fees according to the original
agreement at the inception of the loan. Loan Interest included VAT: The current value of the interest
payable on the loan, including VAT. This is not the outstanding interest
amount and can be influenced by the repo rate. Loan Service Fees included VAT: The current value of the fees
payable on the loan, including VAT. This is not the outstanding
amount. In Default Interest: The current value of the "In Default" interest
on the loan. In Default Fees: The current value of the "In Default" fees on the
loan. Total Actual Interest Charged: The interest that has already been
booked on this loan. Total Actual Fees Charged: The fees that have already been booked on
this loan. Loan Custom Reference: A user-defined reference on the loan for
internal processes. The following buttons are available for interaction with the report: Finish: Select the Finish button to generate the report based
on your selected filters. Cancel: Select the Cancel button to cancel the report
generation request. Back to Filter Option: Select the Back to Filter Option
button to cancel the current request and return to the previous page to modify
filter criteria. Email Report: Select the Email Report button to receive this
