Overview

The NAMFISA Regulator Reports are designed to help you complete the required information for your regulatory submissions. To ensure accuracy, you'll need to input specific values into the report filters. Before generating this report, you must generate your Balance Sheet and Income Statement for the reporting period, whether from MaxMoney or an external accounting system, to accurately fill in the required fields.

Selections/Filters

You can filter information for this report by providing answers to the questions for Part 1, Part 2, and Part 6.

General

• Start Date: Enter the start date for the specific reporting period.

• End Date: Enter the end date for the specific reporting period.

Part 1

• Total number of employees on the last day of period: Enter the total number of employees.

• Total number of agents and brokers: Enter the total number of agents and brokers.

• Total number of people employed by agents and brokers: Enter the total number of people employed by agents and brokers.

Part 2: Income

You can use your Income Statement (Statement of Financial Performance) to complete the following information. If you use a separate accounting system, refer to that system's income statement.

• Commissions: Enter the commission amount.

• Other loan related income: Enter the amount for other loan-related income.

• Interest paid (cost of funding): Enter the interest paid amount (cost of funding).

• Total expenses Related to Money Lending Transactions: Enter the total expenses related to money lending transactions.

• Less tax Paid: Enter the amount of tax paid.

Part 2: Capital Employed

You can use your Balance Sheet (Statement of Financial Position) to complete the following information. If you use a separate accounting system, refer to that system's balance sheet.

• Capital and Reserves: Enter the capital and reserves amount.

• Shareholders loans: Enter the shareholders loans amount.

• Long-term loans from banks: Enter the long-term loans from banks amount.

• Other long term liabilities: Enter the amount for other long-term liabilities.

Part 2: Employment of Capital

• Properties: Enter the properties value.

• Other Fixed Assets: Enter the value of other fixed assets.

• Investments: Enter the investments value.

• Gross loan debts: Enter the gross loan debts amount.

• Less unearned interest: Enter the unearned interest amount.

• Less provision for bad debts: Enter the provision for bad debts amount.

Part 2: Current Assets

• Cash, Bank and short term investments: Enter the value of cash, bank, and short-term investments.

• Other short term investments: Enter the value of other short-term investments.

• Other current assets: Enter the value of other current assets.

Part 2: Current Liabilities

• Bank overdrafts short term invest: Enter the bank overdrafts short-term investment amount.

• Creditors: Enter the creditors amount.

• Others: Enter other current liabilities.

Part 6

• Sale of Furnitures: Enter the amount from the sale of furniture.

• Cash converting: Enter the cash converting amount.

• Insurance: Enter the insurance amount.

• Debt Collection: Enter the debt collection amount.

• Other: Enter other amounts.
