Rescheduled Instalments Report
This report provides a list of all instalments that were rescheduled to a new
date within a specified date range. It includes instalments where the
instalment due date differs from the instalment agreement date.
You can print, view, or email the report. To enable access to this report, go to Setups > Security > Roles
and enable the Rescheduled Instalment Detail Report resource for the
relevant role. In MaxMoney, go to Reporting > Loan > Rescheduled Instalment Detail
Report. You can refine your report results using the following filters: Branch: Generate the report for instalments on loans created at a
specific branch. Region: Generate the report for instalments on loans created within
a specific region. User: Generate the report for instalments on loans created by a
specific user. Create Spreadsheet: Select this checkbox if you want to generate the
report in a spreadsheet format. Client Number Start: Generate the report for the instalments of
specific client(s), starting from this client number. Client Number End: Generate the report for the instalments of
specific client(s), ending at this client number. Status: Generate the report for the instalments of clients with a
specific status. Payment Frequency: Generate the report for the instalments of
clients with a specific payment frequency. Bank: Generate the report for the instalments of clients with a
specific bank. Loan Number Start: Generate the report for the instalments of
specific loans, starting from this loan number. Loan Number End: Generate the report for the instalments of specific
loans, ending at this loan number. Instalment Start Date: (Required field) Enter the starting date in
DD/MM/YYYY format. Generate the report for instalments on loans rescheduled
for a specific date range. (Note: These dates are the Rescheduled
Instalment Dates, not the original Instalment Dates.) The due date of the
instalment must fall within this date range. Instalment End Date: (Required field) Enter the ending date in
DD/MM/YYYY format. Generate the report for instalments on loans rescheduled
for a specific date range. (Note: These dates are the Rescheduled
Instalment Dates, not the original Instalment Dates.) Loan Product: Generate the report for the instalments of loans with
a specific Loan Product. Payback Type: Generate the report for the instalments of loans with
a specific payback type. Salesperson: Generate the report for the instalments of loans with a
specific salesperson. Employer Search: Use an asterisk ( Employer: Generate the report for the instalments of clients with a
specific employer. Classification: Generate the report for the instalments where the
client's employer has a specific classification. Economic Sector: Generate the report for the instalments where the
client's employer has a specific economic sector. Once you've set your filters, click the Finish button to generate the
report. This report will be generated under Processing Status. Wait until the report status is Completed. You can refresh the
Processing Status page by clicking the Submit button. When the report status is Completed, click on the report
name. The report will be generated in PDF format. Click on the hyperlink to
open/download the report. The report displays the following information: Client No: The client number in MaxMoney. Client Initials: The initials of the client. Client Name: The name of the client. Client Surname: The surname of the client. Client Status: The client status in MaxMoney. Loan Number: The loan number in MaxMoney. Instalment Number: The sequence number of the instalment for the
specific loan. Instalment Agreement Date: The original date of the instalment when
the loan was created. Instalment Agreement Amount: The original amount of the instalment
when the loan was created. Instalment Due Date: The date of the instalment after the last
modification was made to it. Instalment Due Amount: The amount of the instalment after the last
modification was made to it. Difference: The difference between the due amount and the agreement
amount of the instalment. Amount Received: The payment amount received from the client and
allocated to this instalment. Record User: The user who created the loan and instalments. Record Date: The date on which the loan and the instalment(s) were
created. Record Time: The time at which the loan and the instalment(s) were
created. Update User: The user who modified the instalment. Update Date: The date on which the instalment was modified. Update Time: The time at which the instalment was modified.Rescheduled Instalment Detail Report
