Receipt Between Dates
Get a list of
receipts in a specified date range. The report works with the
transaction date of the financial entries. This report will differ from the
client receipt detail report which only deals with the payments that
were allocated against loans. This report is also available for
consortiums.

The reports have selection options
whereby you can drill down information to branch level etc. The following
selections are available on this report:
GENERAL Branch: This field is optional.
You can generate the report for payment transactions which were created on a
specific branch.
Branch table: Select if it should
filter the transactions according to the client home branch or the branch of
the receipt transaction.
Region: This field is optional.
You can generate the report for payment transactions which were created in a
specific region, if the regions are set up and used.
Salesperson: You can generate the
report for payment transactions linked back to a specific
salesperson.
User: This field is optional.
You can generate the report for payment transactions which were created by a
specific user.
File Format: You are required to
make a selection. Two options are available: XLS and
XLSX.
Sort by: There are two options
available: Event number and Event attribute. Note that Excel has strong
sorting capabilities of its own.
CLIENT Client Number Start and End: You can
generate the report for the payment transactions of clients in a specific
client number range.
Client Status: You can generate the
report for the payment transactions of clients with a specific
status
Client Branch: You can generate the
report for the payment transactions of clients with a specific home
branch.
Client Frequency: You can generate the
report for the payment transactions of clients with a specific payment
frequency
Bank: You can generate the report for
the payment transactions of clients with a specific
bank
RECEIPT Transaction Date Start & End: This
field is required. The date must be in the format: dd/mm/yyyy. Generate the
report for all the payment transactions in the date range.
Filter Date: Two options are
available: Transaction Date or Record (Creation) Date.
Receipt Type: You can generate the
report for the payment transactions with a specific receipt event
attribute.
Receipt Event: You can generate the
report for the payment transactions with a specific receipt
event.
EMPLOYER Employer Search: Use a star (*) to
list all the Employers. Select a specific employer or all. Type the
whole name or part of the employer name and click on the Search button. The
result(s) will display in the employer drop list.
Employer: You can generate the report
for payment transactions of clients with a specific employer
Employer Classification: You can
generate the report for payment transactions of clients with a specific
employer classification
Employer Economic Sector: You can
generate the report for payment transactions of clients with a specific
employer economic sector

BUTTONS The following buttons are
available:
Back to the Processing Status: Click
on this option to go back to the previous page.
Back to Filter Option: Click on this
option to go back to the reporting ask-window.
Email Report: Click on this button to
email this report. The report will be emailed to users that were set-up in
advance to receive emailed reports.
