Statement of Financial Position
Generate the Statement of Financial
Position/Balance Sheet. The report works with the transaction date of the
financial entries. The term balance sheet refers to a financial statement that
reports a company's assets, liabilities, and shareholder equity at a specific
point in time. In short, the balance sheet is a financial statement that
provides a snapshot of what a company owns and owes, as well as the amount
invested by shareholders. The balance sheet is one of the three core financial
statements that are used to evaluate a business.

Go to Reporting -> Accounting->
Statement of Financial Position.
The reports have selection options
whereby you can drill down information to branch level etc. The following
selections are available on this report:
Branch: This field is optional.
You can generate the report for transactions which were created on a specific
branch
Region: This field is optional.
You can generate the report for transactions which were created on a specific
region
Print Detail: Display the
sub-ledgers
Transaction Date Start: This is a
required field. The date must be in the format: dd/mm/yyyy. Specify a
date range.
Transaction Date End: This is a
required field. The date must be in the format: dd/mm/yyyy. Specify a
date range.
