Financial Event Report provides a detailed breakdown of all financial
transaction types (known as "events") configured in the MAXMONEY system. Its
primary purpose is to show which specific cashboxes are permitted to perform
each type of financial event.
This report is essential for administrators
and managers to audit and verify that cashbox permissions are set up correctly,
ensuring proper financial controls and security.

2. Accessing the Report
To view the report, follow this simple
navigation path within MAXMONEY:
3. Generating and Exporting the Report
The Cashbox Financial Event Report is
generated instantly upon access, as there are no filters to apply. Once the
report is displayed, you can:

Export to Spreadsheet : The report can be opened in
spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel or Apache OpenOffice. This allows
you to easily sort, filter, and analyze the data.

Email Report: Click this option to send the
generated report directly to specific users. Please ensure the necessary email
addresses are correctly configured in the system.

Back to Filter Option: Click this to
return to the previous page.
4. Understanding the Report Columns
The report details each financial event and
its associated permissions. The columns are organized as follows:

number assigned to each financial event.

system. A Yes or No value indicates whether that specific cashbox has been
granted access to perform the financial event listed in that
row.
