The User Branch Report provides a comprehensive list of users and their associated branches within MAXMONEY. This report is helpful for understanding user permissions and branch access.

Accessing the Report

• MAXMONEY: Navigate to Reporting > Administration > User Branch Report.

Report Filters

• Note: There are currently no filters available for the User Branch Report.

Output Options

• Spreadsheet: The generated report can be exported in a spreadsheet format (Excel or Open Office) for further analysis and customization.
• Email: The report can be emailed to specific users. Ensure that the necessary email address setups are configured.

Report Columns

The report is sorted alphabetically by user name and then by branch name. It includes the following columns:

• User Name: The name of the user.
• Enabled: Indicates whether the user is currently enabled.
• Title: The title or designation of the user.
• Initials: The initials of the user.
• First Name: The first name of the user.
• Surname: The surname of the user.
• Branch: Indicates whether the user has access to the specific branch.

Additional Features

• Back to Administration Reports List: Returns the user to the previous page to access other administration reports.
• Email Report: Sends the generated report to the specified email addresses.
