Summary
The Client Supporting Documents Report allows you to view, print, or
email information about supporting documents uploaded for your clients. This report is sorted and displayed according to the Date Range you
select. Some reports, especially those involving complex calculations, may take
longer to process. The Report / Process Status will indicate the current
state of your report. Process Status: Please wait until the status changes to
Completed. Open Report: Once the status is Completed, click the
Complete button to open the report. You can generate the Client Supporting Documents Report in a spreadsheet
format: Spreadsheet: Click the hyperlink "XLS: Client Supporting
Documents Report" to open the report in a spreadsheet application (e.g.,
Microsoft Excel or OpenOffice Calc). This format allows for easy sorting and
manipulation of the data to suit your specific business needs. You can email the report to a specific user. Ensure that the necessary email
address setups are configured within the system. The report displays the following information: Client No: The client's unique identification number. Initials: The client's initials. Client Surname: The client's surname. Status: The client's current status. Employer: The name of the client's employer. Branch: The branch name to which the client is linked. No of ID Uploaded: The number of ID documents uploaded for this
client. No of Payslip Uploaded: The number of payslip documents uploaded for
this client. No of Proof Bank Account Uploaded: The number of proof of bank
account documents uploaded for this client. No of Proof Address Uploaded: The number of proof of address
documents uploaded for this client. No of Proof Combined document uploaded: The number of combined proof
documents uploaded for this client. No of Loan Agreement Uploaded: The number of loan agreement
documents uploaded for this client. No of Receipt Uploaded: The number of receipt documents uploaded for
this client. No of PIN Documents Uploaded: The number of PIN documents uploaded
for this client. No of Client Credit Confirmation Documents Uploaded: The number of
client credit confirmation documents uploaded for this client. No of Standard Conditions Uploaded: The number of standard
conditions documents uploaded for this client. No of Payment Uploaded: The number of payment documents uploaded for
this client. No of Letter of Demand Uploaded: The number of letter of demand
documents uploaded for this client. No of Letters Uploaded: The number of general letter documents
uploaded for this client. No of Budget Uploaded: The number of budget documents uploaded for
this client. No of Payment Schedule Uploaded: The number of payment schedule
documents uploaded for this client. No of Bank Statement Uploaded: The number of bank statement
documents uploaded for this client. No of Legal Form Uploaded: The number of legal form documents
