The Age Analysis (Instalment Based) Report provides a detailed breakdown of outstanding loan instalments.
To access the report: Go to Reporting > Loan > Age Analysis (Instalment Based).
Note: The Security option for this report is configured under Role Setup > Reporting > Age Analysis (Instalment Based) Report.
This report focuses on instalment-based aging.
The aging categories (30, 60, 90, 120+ days) represent months prior to the report's end date. For example, if the report end date is February 10, 2014:
Current represents February.
30 days represents January.
60 days represents December, and so on.
All receipts are applied to the earliest outstanding loans first, regardless of which loan the payment was initially posted against.
The report calculates based on the agreed instalment date, not the due instalment date.
