MaxCollect Loan Audit Report

This report provides a quick list of loans created within a selected date range, offering a comprehensive overview of loan details and their status within the MaxCollect system.


Accessing the Report

To access the MaxCollect Loan Audit Report, navigate to Reporting > Loan > MaxCollect Loan Audit Report.

Note: Access to this report is controlled by the Security option, which can be configured under Role Setup > Reporting > MaxCollect Loan Audit Report.


Report Generation and Output

Once you've set your filters and clicked Finish, the report will be generated.

Output Formats

The report is available in the following formats:

  • XLS: MaxCollect Loan Audit Report (Spreadsheet): Click this hyperlink to open the report in spreadsheet applications like Microsoft Excel or OpenOffice. This format allows you to easily sort and filter the data to meet your specific business needs.

  • Email: The report can be emailed to a specific user. Ensure the necessary email address setups are complete for this functionality.

Sorting/Display Order

The report is primarily sorted by Agreement Date, then by Client Number, and finally by Loan Number.


Report Details

The report displays the following information, categorized for clarity:

Loans Without Payback Instructions

This section highlights loans that have not yet had payback instructions created.

Loans Registered at CSP

This section indicates loans that have been successfully registered with a Collection Services Provider (CSP).

Client

  • Client Number: The MaxMoney Client Number associated with the payback instruction, as set up on the Client General Page.

  • CSP Client No: The CSP Client Number for the client, found on the Collection Services Provider Portal.

  • Client Initials: The client's initials, as set up on the Client General Page.

  • Client First Name: The client's first name, as set up on the Client General Page.

  • Client Surname: The client's surname, as set up on the Client General Page.

  • Client Status: The client's status, as set up on the Client General Page.

  • ID Number: The client's ID number, as set up on the Client General Page.

  • Salesperson: The salesperson associated with the client, as set up on the Client General Page.

Loan

  • Loan Number: The loan number for which the payback instruction was sent to the CSP, visible upon loan creation.

  • CSP Loan No: The CSP Loan Number for this payback instruction, found on the loan's payback instruction or CSP Summary.

  • Agreement Date: The date the contract was created, found upon loan creation.

  • Loan Total: The total loan amount repayable by the client, found upon loan creation.

  • Payback Type: The payback type used when the instruction was created.

  • CSP: The type of Collection Services Provider used when the instruction was created.

  • Status: The status of the payback instruction on the contract.

  • MaxCollect Reference No: The MaxCollect Reference Number for the payback instruction, found on the loan payback instruction.

  • CSP Reference No: The CSP Reference Number for the payback instruction, found on the loan payback instruction.

  • Branch: The branch that created the payback instruction.

Record Details

  • Loan Record User: The user who created the loan agreement.

  • Loan Record Date: The date the loan agreement was created.

  • Loan Record Time: The time the loan agreement was created.

  • Payback Instruction Record User: The user who created the payback instruction.

  • Payback Instruction Record Date: The date the payback instruction was created.

  • Payback Instruction Record Time: The time the payback instruction was created.


Filters / Selections

You can refine your report data using the following selection options, allowing you to drill down information by branch, salesperson, date, and more.

General

  • Branch: Generate the report for loans created at a specific branch.

  • Region: Generate the report for loans created within a specific region.

  • User: Generate the report for loans created by a specific user.

  • File Format: Select your preferred output format: XLS (Excel 2003) or XLSX (Excel 2007+).

Client

  • Client Number Start: Enter the starting client number to report on a specific client or range of clients.

  • Client Number End: Enter the ending client number to report on a specific client or range of clients.

  • Status: Select a client status from the list to filter loans by clients with that specific status (e.g., All, Awaiting Approval, New, Good, Risky, Tracing, Debt Collecting, Debt Review, Handed Over, Impaired Record, Deceased, See Note).

Loan

  • Agreement Date Start: (Required field) Enter the starting agreement date in DD/MM/YYYY format to generate the report for loans recorded on a specific transaction date.

  • Agreement Date End: (Required field) Enter the ending agreement date in DD/MM/YYYY format to generate the report for loans recorded on a specific transaction date.

  • Status: Select a loan status (or multiple statuses) to generate the report for loans with a specific status (e.g., Application, Not Approved, Active, Paid, Written Off, Cancelled, Non-Performing).

  • Payback Type: Select a specific payback type to filter the report (e.g., AEDO, ATM, Cash, Credit Card, Debit Order, EFT, MCT, NAEDO, Paym8, RealPay, Salary Deduction, Social Grant EFT, TMCT, TSP, Two Day EFT).

  • MaxCollect CSP: Select a specific MaxCollect Collection Services Provider (CSP) to filter the report (e.g., No CSP, MaxPay, NuPay, SmartCollect, Allps, RealPay).


Available Buttons

  • Finish: Select this button to generate the report.

  • Cancel: Select this button to cancel the request and return to the previous screen.

  • Back to Filter Option: Select this option to return to the report filter page.

  • Email Report: Select this button to receive the report via email.
