This report provides a list of all loans along with their Loan OTP (One-Time PIN) status.

For this report to function correctly, the MAXSMS module must be enabled on your entity.

MaxMoney Setup

Resources

To access this report, go to Setup > Security > Roles and enable the MaxSMS Technometrix - Contracts Issued Report resource for the relevant role.

How to Access the Report

In MaxMoney, navigate to Reporting > Loan > TechnoMetrix Loan OTP Audit Report.

Report Filters

You can refine your report results using the following filters:

• Date Start and End: Generate the report for loans created within a specific date range.

• Branch: Generate the report for loans from a specific branch.

• Region: Generate a report for loans from a specific region.

• User: Generate the report for loans created by a specific user.

• File Format: The report can be generated in XLS or HTML format.

• Client Number Start and End: Generate the report for loans of clients within a specific client number range.

• Client Status: Generate the report for loans of clients with a specific status.

• Loan status: Generate the report for loans with a specific loan status.

Report Columns

The report displays the following information:

• Client Number

• Client Name and Surname

• Client Status

• Loan Number

• Loan Status

• Loan OTP method/override

• Branch

• User who created the loan

• Date on which loan was created

• User who has overridden the loan, if applicable.
