Number: The Legal Entity's NCR Registration number. Contact Telephone
Number: The Legal Entity's contact telephone number. Email: The
email address as entered in the report filter. From Date:
The start date selected in the report filter. To Date: The
end date selected in the report filter. Date of Credit
Agreement: The date the credit agreement was made. Surname: The
customer's surname. Name: The
customer's name. ID Number:
The customer's ID number. Education
Loan: Indicates if this specific agreement was for education
purposes. Emergency
Loan: Indicates if this specific agreement was for emergency
purposes. Public Interest
Loan: Indicates if this specific agreement was for public interest
purposes. Signed At
(Place): The location where the document was signed. Signature of
Credit Provider / duly authorised representative: The space for the
signature of the Credit Provider. Full Names of
signatory: The full names of the
