To access this report, your user role must have the Operational Control
Report option enabled under the Report section in Role
Setup. To access the report, navigate to: Reporting > Management
> Operational Control Report. The report offers the following selection options: Branch: (Optional) Generate the report for transactions created at a
specific branch. Region: (Optional) Generate the report for transactions created in a
specific region. User: (Optional) Generate the report for transactions created by a
specific user. Salesperson: (Optional) Generate the report for transactions created
by a specific salesperson. Show only Enabled Salesperson: Select this checkbox if you only want
to include enabled salespersons in the report. Default Start Date: (Required) Enter the start date in
Default End Date: (Required) Enter the end date in
Finish: Select this button to generate the report. Cancel: Select this button to cancel your request. The information in the report will be listed according to the
salesperson. You can print, view, or email the Operational Control Report. View Online: You can view the report directly within the
system. Print: Print a physical copy of the report. Email: Email the report to a specified user. Ensure the necessary
email address setups are complete for this functionality. Spreadsheet (XLS): Click the "XLS: Operational Control
Report" hyperlink to open the report in a spreadsheet application (e.g.,
Microsoft Excel or Open Office). Once the information is in this format, you
can easily sort it to meet your specific business needs. The report displays the following information: Salesperson: The name of the salesperson. New Clients: The number of new clients for this specific
salesperson. No of Loans: The number of loans associated with this specific
salesperson. No of Loans Registered at CSP: The number of loans registered at the
Collection Service Provider for this specific salesperson. Back to Filter Option: Select this button to cancel your request and
return to the previous page to adjust your report filters. Email Report: Select this button to receive this report via
