MaxSMS Detail Report (Exclude TechnoMetrix User OTP SMS)
The MaxSMS Detail Report provides a comprehensive overview of all MaxSMS
messages sent, excluding TechnoMetrix User OTP SMS messages. You can use
this report to gain insights into various MaxSMS product activities. To access this report, your user role must have the MaxSMS Detail
Report option enabled under the Report section in Role Setup. To access the report, navigate to: Reporting > MaxSMS >
MaxSMS Detail Report. The report offers several filters to help you narrow down your search and
retrieve specific information: User: This is an optional field. You can generate the report for
MaxSMS messages sent by or to a specific user. Type: This is an optional field. Use it to generate the report for a
specific type of SMS message sent. Available SMS types include: All TechnoMetrix Loan OTP Enrol Client Payment Arrears SMS Payment Received SMS New Loan SMS Repeat Loan SMS CRM SMS Automatic Payment Arrears SMS (2 days) Automatic Payment Arrears SMS (30 days) Automatic Payment Arrears SMS (60 days) Automatic Payment Arrears SMS (90 days) Automatic New Loan SMS (Send 1st, 10th, 20th) Automatic Repeat Loan SMS Automatic Birthday SMS Client SMS Compuscan Conflict Log Trigger & Alert SMS Date Start: This is a required field. Enter the start
date in SMS Date End: This is a required field. Enter the end date in
Finish: Select this button to generate the report based on your
chosen filters. Cancel: Select this button to cancel your request and return to the
