Overview

The TechnoMetrix User OTP Report provides a detailed overview of MaxSMS TechnoMetrix User One-Time Password (OTP) messages that have been sent.

Security and Access

To access this report, your user role must have the TechnoMetrix User OTP Detail Report option enabled under the Report section in Role Setup.

To access the report, go to: Reporting > MaxSMS > TechnoMetrix User OTP Detail Report.

Report Filters

The report offers the following filters to help you generate specific data:

• User: This is an optional field. You can generate the report for MaxSMS OTPs sent by or to a specific user.

• SMS Date Start: This is a required field. Enter the start date in dd/mm/yyyy format to define the beginning of the date range for your report.

• SMS Date End: This is a required field. Enter the end date in dd/mm/yyyy format to complete the date range for your report.

Sorting and Display Order

The report is primarily sorted by Type, then by Date.

Output Format

You have several options for viewing and exporting the report:

• View Online: You can view the report directly within the system.

• Print: Print a physical copy of the report.

• Email: Email the report to a specified user. To use this feature, ensure the necessary email address is set up on the user's profile under Setup > Security > Users. Additionally, the user must be selected for email in the Cash Box Setup (Setup > Branches > Cash Box).

• Spreadsheet (XLS): Click the "XLS: TechnoMetrix User OTP Detail Report" hyperlink to open the report in a spreadsheet format (e.g., Microsoft Excel or OpenOffice Calc). This format allows for easy sorting and manipulation of the data to suit your specific business needs.

Columns/Details

The report includes the following detailed information:

• Date: The date when the SMS messages were sent.

• Batch ID: The unique batch identifier for these specific SMS messages.

• Client No: The client number for whom these specific SMS messages were sent.

• Client Branch: The name of the client's branch for whom these specific SMS messages were sent.

• Type: The category of SMS messages sent to the customer or merchant.

• Message: The actual content of the message sent to the customer or merchant.

• Status: The delivery status of the SMS message. If the SMS was sent successfully, its status will be Successful.

• User: The user who sent these specific SMS messages.

• Count SMS Send: The total number of SMS messages used to send this specific message.

Available Buttons

• Back to Filter Option: Select this button to cancel your current request and return to the previous page to adjust your report filters.

• Email Report: Click this button to receive this report via email.
