The Credit Control Request
report provides a quick list of all workflow statuses within a specified date
range. This Workflow Report document, produced by Mycomax MicroFinance
Solutions, provides a detailed guide for tracking credit control overrides
within the MaxMoney system. It primarily assists users in identifying which
staff members requested or authorised specific loan exceptions. To utilise this
feature, administrators must first assign the appropriate security permissions
within the software's role settings. The guide outlines how to generate the
report and apply various filters, such as date ranges and specific user
profiles. Finally, it lists the comprehensive data columns available, which
include loan status, repayment details, and
the justifications provided for each workflow decision. To access this report, navigate to Reporting > Workflow > Workflow
Credit Control Request. The security option for this report is located under Role Setup >
Workflow : Workflow Credit Control Request in the Report Section. This report allows you to drill down into specific workflow information using
various filters. The following selection options are available to refine your report: User: (Optional) Generate the report for workflow requests created
by a specific user. Workflow Status: (Optional) Generate the report for requests with a
specific status. Available statuses include: All, Request
Override, Approve Override, and Reject Override. Date Start: (Required) Specify the start date for the workflow
status data. Date End: (Required) Specify the end date for the workflow status
data. Finish: Select this button to generate the report. Cancel: Select this button to cancel the report request. The report is sorted by Loan Number and then by Date. You can print, view, or email the Workflow Credit Control Requests
Report. Click the hyperlink "XLS: Workflow Credit Control Requests Report" to
open the report in a spreadsheet format (e.g., Excel or Open Office). This
allows you to easily sort the information according to your business needs. The report can also be emailed to a specific user. Ensure the necessary email

Back to Filter Option: Select this button to cancel the current
request and return to the previous page. Email Report: Select this button to receive the report via
