This report provides a list of loans currently in "Application" status, along with their associated client banking details.

Access to this report is controlled by the Security option, which can be configured under Report -> Loan Status on Application within the Role Setup.

How to Access the Report

In MaxMoney, navigate to Reporting > Loan > Loan Status on Application Report.

Report Filters

You can refine your report results using the following filters:

General

• Loan Branch: Generate the report for loans created at a specific branch.

• Region: Generate the report for loans created by a branch linked to a specific region.

• User: Generate the report for loans created by a specific user.

Loan

• Application start and end date: Generate the report for loans within a specific application date range.

Buttons (Filter Page)

• Finish: Select this button to generate the report.

• Cancel: Select this button to cancel the report request.

Processing Status

This report will be generated under Processing Status.

1. Click on the hyperlink to navigate to the Processing Status page.

2. Wait until the report status is Completed. You can refresh the Processing Status page by clicking the Submit button.

3. Once the report status is Completed, click on the report name to navigate to the next page where you can download the report.

Output

The report will be generated in Excel format. Click on the hyperlink to open or download the report.

Buttons (Output Page)

• Back to processing status: Select this option to return to the Processing Status page.

• Back to Filter Option: Select this option to go back to the report filter page.

• Email Report: Select this button to receive this report via email. Users who can receive reports via email must be set up in advance under Setups - Reporting - Reports Email Setup. Additionally, these users must have valid email addresses configured in their user setup under Setups - Security - Users.

• Client Number

• Client Surname

• Client First Name

Loan

• Loan Number

• Loan Status

• Loan Capital Amount

• Loan Application Date

Bank

• Bank Name

• Branch Code

• Bank Account No

• Bank Account Type

Record Creation

• Creation Date

• Creation Time

• Created by User
