recorded in your general entity setup. Company/Partnership/Other Registration Number: Your Business
Registration Number as entered in your general entity setup. Reporting Month: The End Month you selected in the report
filters/ask window. Name of Person completing this form: The name you entered in the
report's ask window. Designation: The designation you entered in the report's ask
window. Contact Information: e-mail: The email address you provided in the
report's ask window. Telephone Number: The telephone number as recorded in your general
entity setup. Mobile: The contact number you entered in the report's ask
window. This table provides a summary of loan activity within the reporting
period. a) Total Pula value of loans disbursed during period: This is the
aggregate value of loan capital amounts for loans with Active, Paid,
Written Off, and Non-Performing statuses on the Detailed Loan
Report for the specified period. b) Total number of loans disbursed during the period: This is the
count of loans with Active, Paid, Written Off, and Non-Performing
statuses on the Detailed Loan Report for the specified period. c) Total value of loan Book at end of period: This represents the
total outstanding principal amount, excluding interest. It's a carrying value,
calculated as the sum of all loan transactions (excluding interest) where the
transaction date is prior to the end date of the reporting period. Please note
that this value won't match the debtors' book value, as the debtors' book
value includes interest, non-loan debt, and any changes. d) Total number of clients in book at last day of reporting period:
This refers to the number of clients corresponding to the "Total value of loan
Book at end of period." It specifically excludes clients who have already
fully paid off their loans. Essentially, it's the count of clients who have
outstanding loan balances on the last day of the reporting period. e) Total number of employees on last day: This is the total number
