Overdue Loans by Month
This report helps you quickly get a list of the number of loans that were
overdue within a selected date range. Video tutorial Go to Reporting > Loan > Overdue Loans by Month. Note: Access to this report is controlled by the Security
option, which you can find under Role Setup > Reporting > Overdue Loans
by Month Report. You can refine your report results using the following filters: Branch: Generate the report for loans created at a specific
branch. Region: Generate the report for loans created by a branch linked to
a specific region. User: Generate the report for loans created by a specific
user. File Format: You must choose a file format. Your options are
XLS (Excel 2003) and XLSX (Excel 2007+). Client Number Start: Generate the report for loans belonging to
specific clients, starting from this client number. Client Number End: Generate the report for loans belonging to
specific clients, ending at this client number. Status: Generate the report for loans of clients with a specific
status. Payment Frequency: Generate the report for loans of clients with a
specific payment frequency. Bank: Generate the report for loans of clients associated with a
specific bank. Loan Number Start: Generate the report for installments of specific
loans, starting from this loan number. Loan Number End: Generate the report for installments of specific
loans, ending at this loan number. Instalment Date Due Start: (Required field) Enter the starting due
date in DD/MM/YYYY format to report on installments due on or after this
date. Instalment Date Due End: (Required field) Enter the ending due date
in DD/MM/YYYY format to report on installments due on or before this
date. Loan Product: Generate the report for specific loan
products. Payback Type: Generate the report for loans with a specific payback
type. Salesperson: Generate the report for loans created by a specific
salesperson. Employer Search: Use an asterisk ( Employer: Generate the report for receipts of clients with a
specific employer. Classification: Generate the report for receipts of clients where
the employer has a specific classification. Economic Sector: Generate the report for receipts of clients where
the employer has a specific economic sector. Once you've set your filters, click the Finish button to generate the
report. The report is primarily sorted by Transaction Date Range. Click on the hyperlink "XLS: Overdue Loans by Month Report" to open or
download the report. Spreadsheet: You can open these reports in applications like
Microsoft Excel or OpenOffice. Once the information is in Excel, you can
easily sort it to meet your specific business needs. Email: The report can also be emailed to a specific user. Ensure the
necessary email address setups are complete: go to Setup > Security >
Users and complete the email address on the user profile. The Cash Box
Setup must also be configured under Setup > Branches > Cash Box
(select the specific user by email). The report displays the following information: Period Number of Loans Finish: Select this button to generate the report. Cancel: Select this button to cancel the request and return to the
previous screen. Print Report: Click to print the report. Print Chart: Click to print a chart visualization of the report
data. Back to Filter Option: Select this option to cancel the current
request and return to the filter page. Email Report: Select this button to receive this report via
email.
