Overview

The SMS Replies Setup module allows you to configure who receives email notifications for replies to SMS messages sent through the system. This ensures that relevant personnel are promptly informed of client responses.

How to Access

To configure SMS reply notifications, navigate to:

Setups > MAXSMS > Replies Setup

• Email Notification Recipient(s): Specify the email address(es) of the individual(s) or team(s) who should receive notifications when clients reply to an SMS message.
