Setup for Scheduled Reports

You can automate the generation and distribution of reports by setting up a schedule.

To set up a scheduled report:

  1. Navigate to Setups > Reporting > Scheduled Reports Setup.

  2. Click Add to create a new schedule, or Edit to modify an existing one.

  3. Configure the following settings:

    • Report Type: Select Loan Payroll Export.

    • Frequency: Choose how often the report should run (e.g., Daily, Weekly, Monthly).

    • Day (if applicable): If you select a weekly or monthly frequency, specify the day (e.g., Friday, or a specific day of the month).

    • Enable: Ensure this checkbox is selected to activate the schedule.

    • Send Users: Select the users who should receive the emailed export file.

    • Date filter: Define the period for loan inclusion. The loan agreement date must fall within this filter. Options include Previous Day or Current Month.

  4. Save the schedule.

The system will automatically select all employers with the "Scheduled Payroll" setting enabled (refer to section 2.3 for more information) and email the payroll files to the selected users according to your defined schedule.


How Recurring Scheduled Reports Work

A timed process runs daily at 23:59 to generate scheduled reports. For each scheduled setup:

You can view the results of the scheduled report process in the log:

Navigate to MaxMoney > Processing > Logs > Reports > Scheduled Reports.
