This section explains how to disable specific payback types within the system.

Overview

To manage payback types, go to Setup > Accounting > Payback Types Disabled.

Security Note: The Security option for "Payback Types Disabled" is located under the Setup section of the Role Setup.

By disabling certain payback types, you prevent users from selecting them when creating a new loan.

Payback Types Disabled Setup

Payback Types to Disable: Check the boxes next to the payback types you wish to disable.

The payback types include, but is not exclusive to:

• ATM Receipt
• Card-not-Present
• Cash Receipt
• Credit Card Receipt
• DebiCheck Receipt
• Debit Card Receipt
• Debit Order Receipt
• EFT Receipt
• EnDO Receipt
• MCT Receipt
• Real Time Debit Order Receipt
• Salary Deduction Receipt
• Social Grant EFT Receipt
• TMCT Receipt
• Two Day EFT Receipt

Record Details

This section displays information about when the payback type settings were last configured:

• Record Date: The date the setup was performed.
• Record Time: The time the setup was performed.
• Record User: The user who performed the setup.

Available Buttons

• Save: Click to save your changes and store the information permanently.
• Cancel: Click to return to the previous screen without saving any changes.
