Path: Setup > Geographical > Areas

This section lets you define and manage the geographical areas where your clients reside.

Security: To access these settings, ensure your role has the Setup > Area (Geographical) security option activated under the Report Section.

Area Management Options

You can perform the following actions:

• Add a New Area: Click the Add a New Area button.
• Edit/Change an existing Area: Click the Edit Area button.
• Print Areas: Click the Print button to generate a list of areas.
• View Areas: The screen displays a list of all configured areas.

Area Details

The following columns provide information about each area:

• Name: Enter the name of the area. This is a required field.
• Rural: Select this checkbox if the area is considered rural.
