Client Status Setup

Path: Navigate to Setup > Clients > Status

This section allows you to define and manage the various statuses that can be assigned to clients within the system.

Security: The security option for these settings is located under the Report Section within Role Setup > Client Status.

Setting Up Client Status Restrictions

5.1. Overdue Status Restriction

Edit the "Overdue" status to warn the user if the client's status is "Overdue."

5.2. Inactive Status Restriction

Edit the "Inactive" status towarn the user if the client's status is "Inactive."
