Accounting Setup
This section provides an overview of the various
accounting setup options available in the system.
Overview
The Accounting Setup section is
where you configure key financial parameters for your system. It's divided into
several sub-sections, each managing a specific aspect of your accounting
processes.
You can access these settings by navigating to
Setup > Accounting.
Sub-Sections
The Accounting Setup is categorized into the
following areas:
- Financial Events
- Navigation: Go to Setup
> Accounting
> Financial Events.
- Security Role: Access is
controlled by the Setup > Financial Events option within
the Security section of the Role settings.
- Financial Ledgers
- Navigation: Go to Setup
> Accounting
> Financial Ledgers.
- Security Role: Access is
controlled by the Setup > Financial Ledgers option
within the Security section of the Role settings.
- General
- Navigation: Go to Setup
> Accounting
> General.
- Security Role: Access is
controlled by the Setup > General Accounting option
within the Security section of the Role settings.
- Payback Types Disabled
- Navigation: Go to Setup
> Accounting
> Payback Types Disabled.
- Security Role: Access is
controlled by the Setup > Payback Types Disabled option
within the Security section of the Role settings.
Note: It's highly recommended
that an accountant or auditor perform these accounting setups to ensure accuracy
and compliance.
