Status Workflow Batch
Path: Navigate to Setup > Clients > Status
Workflow Batch This section guides you through setting up client
status batches. Once you've configured your rules, you'll link them to specific
client statuses and assign a hierarchy number. This hierarchy determines which
rule takes precedence when multiple rules apply to a client. A higher hierarchy
number means greater authority, allowing that rule to override rules with lower
numbers. For example, if a client has one overdue loan and one paid-on-time
loan, you'll decide whether the client's status should be "Overdue" or "Good,"
and assign the higher hierarchy to the winning status. Security: The security option for
these settings is available under the Report Section of
Role Setup > Client Status Workflow Batch. To link a status to a rule: Let's look at some examples: Edit the "Overdue" status.
You're choosing to edit this status because, after the rule is applied, the
client's new status will be "Overdue." Edit the "Inactive" status.
