Status
This section guides you through
configuring the "Inactive" client status within the workflow
batch. When the rules are applied, a client's status will change to "Inactive"
if the conditions are met.
Workflow Batch Settings for
"Inactive" Status
To configure the "Inactive"
status:
- Select the "workflow
batch applicable" checkbox.
- From the dropdown list, choose
the "Inactive" rule.
- Assign a hierarchy
value. For example, you might use
2. This value
determines the rule's priority; a higher number gives it more
authority.
- Allow Status
Change: For each available client status, consider if a client
currently in that status (e.g., "New") should be allowed to change to
"Inactive." If so, select the corresponding checkbox. Go through the entire
list of statuses and select all those where a change to "Inactive" is
desired.
Buttons
- Save: Click to
save the changes you've made to the "Inactive" status settings.
- Back: Click to
return to the previous screen without saving any
changes.
