Set Up the Overdue Client Status

Path: Setup > Client > Status Workflow Batch > [Highlight "Overdue" Status] > Edit Status

This section guides you through configuring the "Overdue" client status within the workflow batch. When the rules are applied, a client's status will change to "Overdue" if the conditions are met.


Workflow Batch Settings for "Overdue" Status

To configure the "Overdue" status:

  1. Select the "workflow batch applicable" checkbox.
  2. From the dropdown list, choose the "Overdue" rule.
  3. Assign a hierarchy value. For example, you might use 3. This value determines the rule's priority; a higher number gives it more authority.
  4. Allow Status Change: Consider if a client's current status (e.g., "New") should change to "Overdue." If "yes," select the checkbox. Work through all statuses and select those where a change to "Overdue" is desired..
