Understanding Special Client Status Rules

This section explains how to set up Special client status rules. These rules are designed to automatically update client statuses based on specific conditions, such as inactivity or being a new client.

Security: The security option for these settings is available under the Report Section within Role Setup > Client Status Workflow Batch Rule.


Special Rule Logic

Special rules can be configured based on two primary conditions:


Example 1: "New" Status Rule

This rule identifies clients who are newly added to the system and have no loan history.

Example 2: "Mark No New Contracts" Status Rule

This rule can be used to flag clients who become inactive for a certain period, indicating that no new contracts should be offered.

Example 3: "See Note" Status Rule

This rule can be used to automatically set a client's status to "See Note" if they have been inactive for a specified period, prompting user attention.
