Rules

Special Rule
This section explains how to set up
Special client status rules. These rules are designed to
automatically update client statuses based on specific conditions, such as
inactivity or being a new client.
Security: The
security option for these settings is available under the Report
Section within Role Setup > Client Status Workflow Batch
Rule.
Special Rule Logic
Special rules can be configured
based on two primary conditions:
- Client is
Inactive: This rule will change a client's status if they have no
transactions, no ledger movement, no loans, and no loan transaction balance
for the specified "No. of Months before Client is Considered
Inactive."
- The Client is
New: This rule applies if a client has no active, paid, or
written-off loans on the system.
