Set Up the Client Status

Status
This section guides you through configuring the client
status within the workflow batch. When the rules are applied, a client's status
will change to this status if the conditions are met.
Workflow Batch Settings for the Status
To configure the status:
- Select the "workflow batch
applicable" checkbox.
- From the dropdown list, choose the rule.
- Assign a hierarchy
value. For example, you might use 9. This value determines the rule's
priority; a higher number gives it more authority.
- Allow Status
Change: Consider if a client's current status (e.g., "New") should
change to this status. If "yes," select the checkbox. Work through all
statuses and select those where a change to this status is
desired..
Buttons
- Save: Click to
save the changes you've made to the status settings.
- Back: Click to
return to the previous screen without saving any changes.
