Set Up the Client Status

Path: Setup > Client > Status Workflow Batch > [Highlight the Status] > Edit Status

This section guides you through configuring the client status within the workflow batch. When the rules are applied, a client's status will change to this status if the conditions are met.


Workflow Batch Settings for the Status

To configure the status:

  1. Select the "workflow batch applicable" checkbox.
  2. From the dropdown list, choose the rule.
  3. Assign a hierarchy value. For example, you might use 9. This value determines the rule's priority; a higher number gives it more authority.
  4. Allow Status Change: Consider if a client's current status (e.g., "New") should change to this status. If "yes," select the checkbox. Work through all statuses and select those where a change to this status is desired..
