To access Compuscan settings, go to Setup > Compuscan.

Please follow the guidelines provided for Compuscan integration.

Important: This module must be enabled for your legal entity. If it isn't, please contact Support for more information.

Keep in mind that these settings are branch-specific and will only apply to the branch you are currently configuring.

The Compuscan setup is divided into the following sections, with the overall security option available under the Setup section of the Role Setup > Compuscan Setup:

• Compuscan Setup: Navigate to Setup > Compuscan Setup.

• Compuscan V2 Defaults: Navigate to Setup > Compuscan > Compuscan V2 Default.

• Compuscan Sigma Defaults: Navigate to Setup > Compuscan > Compuscan Sigma Default.

  • Use the Sigma option also in Namibia for the CreditInfo's legacy enquiry.
