Print a Document List

This section explains how to print a
list of your configured loan agreement documents and contracts. While the
document editor works with HTML, you don't need to be an HTML expert; it's
designed for ease of use, much like a standard word processor.
Keep in mind that you must set up a
loan agreement document for each loan product.
Steps to Print a List of
Documents
- Click the Print
button.
- A list of your documents will be
generated, including their creation and update details.
Document List Details
The printed list will include the
following information for each document:
- Name: The name
or description of the document.
- Type: The type
of document (as configured).
- Language: The
language set for the document.
- Enabled:
Indicates if the document is currently in use.
- Loan Product:
The loan product associated with the document (if applicable).
- CSP: The CSP
(Customer Service Point) configured for the document.
- Record Date: The
date the document was initially recorded.
- Record Time: The
local time the document was initially recorded.
- Record User: The
user who initially recorded the document.
- Update Date: The
date the document was last updated.
- Update Time: The
local time the document was last updated.
- Update User: The
user who last updated the document.
Buttons
- Back to Document
List: Click to return to the previous screen.
- Email Report:
Click to send the generated report via email.
