Add a New Document

Path: Setup > Documents > Add a New Document

This section guides you through adding new loan agreement documents or contracts. While the document editor uses HTML, you don't need to be an HTML expert. It functions much like any other word processor you'd use on your computer.

Remember, you must set up a loan agreement document for each loan product.


Steps to Add a New Document

  1. Click on Add New Document.
  2. You have two options for creating your document:
    • Create a new document using the editor: Navigate to Setup > Legal Entity > Documents > With the Document Editor. This opens the built-in editor where you can type and format your document.
    • Upload an existing HTML document: Go to Setup > Legal Entity > Documents > Upload a Document. This allows you to import an HTML file you've already created.
  3. Complete the Document Setup (details for this step will be covered in a separate section).
