Overview

These settings apply to all branches within a specific legal entity and are essential for populating documents with accurate information using tokens.

Path: Setup > General

To access and modify these settings, your role must have the Setup > General Legal Entity security resource activated.

Important: Enter the Legal Entity Name without any special characters, as they can cause errors when processing receipts.

Fields

• Reference Number: Your Mycomax service provider reference number. This field is view-only.
• Global ID: A unique number assigned by MAXMONEY to your entity. This field is view-only.
• Business Registration Number: Enter your official business registration number.
• VAT Registration Number: Enter your VAT registration number, if applicable.
• (Credit) Regulator Registration Number: Enter your credit regulator registration number.
• MFSA Registration Number: (South Africa) Enter your MFSA registration number.
• PSSF Registration Number: (South Africa) Enter your PSSF registration number.
• Telephone Number: Enter the entity's telephone number, including the necessary country codes.
• Fax Number: Enter the entity's fax number, including the necessary country codes.
• Email Address: Enter the entity's email address. This address will be used as the reply address for batch emails sent to clients.
• Physical Address Line 1, 2, 3: Enter the physical address of the legal entity.
• Physical Address Province: Select the correct province from the dropdown. The available provinces are determined by the entity's country.
• Physical Address Area: Select the physical address area.
• Physical Address Code: Enter the physical address code.
• Postal Address Line 1, 2, 3: Enter the postal address of the legal entity.
• Postal Address Province: Select the correct province from the dropdown. The available provinces are determined by the entity's country.
• Postal Address Area: Enter the postal address area.
• Postal Code: Enter the postal code.
• Data Sharing SRN: The entity's credit bureau data sharing number will display if it is registered.

Buttons

• Log-button: Click to view a log of who created or modified the information on the General page.
• Save-button: Click to save the entered information.
• Cancel-button: Click if you do not want to save any information or changes.
