Printing a List of
Beneficiaries
This section explains how to generate
and print a detailed list of all your third-party payment
beneficiaries.
Overview
You can create a comprehensive
report of all configured beneficiaries, including their contact information,
bank details, and system record information. This report is useful for
record-keeping and auditing purposes.
Procedure
- Navigate to Setup >
Loan Related > 3rd Party Payment.
- Click the Print
button.
A detailed list of all beneficiaries
will be generated, displaying the following information:
- Organization
Name: The name of the organization or individual
beneficiary.
- Description: A
short description of the beneficiary.
- Contact Person:
The name of the contact person at the organization.
- Work Telephone
Number: The work telephone number for the organization.
- E-mail Address:
The organization's email address.
- Bank: The
beneficiary's bank name.
- Branch Code: The
branch code of the beneficiary's bank.
- Bank Account
Type: The type of bank account (e.g., checking, savings).
- Bank Account
Number: The beneficiary's bank account number.
- Bank Reference:
The bank reference for the beneficiary.
- Record Date: The
date the beneficiary record was created.
- Record Time: The
time the beneficiary record was created.
- Record User: The
user who created the beneficiary record.
- Update Date: The
date the beneficiary record was last updated.
- Update Time: The
time the beneficiary record was last updated.
- Update User: The
user who last updated the beneficiary record.
Actions
- Back to Beneficiary
List: Click this button to return to the previous screen, the
Beneficiary List.
- Email Report:
Click this button to send the generated report via
email.
