Print a List of Loan

Overview
This section describes how to generate and print a
comprehensive list of all your configured loan products.
Path: Setup > Loan
Product > Print
Steps to Print the Loan Product List
- Click the print-button to
generate the list of loan products.
Report Columns
The generated list will include the following
details for each loan product:
- Product Name: The name or
description of the loan product.
- Enabled: Indicates if the
loan product is currently in use.
- Interest Calculation Method:
The method used to calculate interest for the product.
- Credit Sector: The
classification of the credit sector.
- Payment Frequency: The
payment frequency for the loan product.
- Loan Amount: The initial
value that the loan amount refers to.
- Minimum Loan Amount: The
minimum loan amount allowed for this specific loan product.
- Maximum Loan Amount: The
maximum loan amount allowed for this specific loan product.
- No. of Instalments: The
initial number of installments referred to.
- Minimum No. of Instalments:
The minimum number of installments allowed for this specific loan
product.
- Maximum No. of Instalments:
The maximum number of installments allowed for this specific loan
product.
- Skip First Instalment Date:
Indicates if the "Skip First Instalment Date" option is used.
- Print Loan Schedule:
Indicates if the "Print Loan Schedule" option is used.
- Min Days between Date Granted and
First Instalment Date: The minimum number of days allowed between the
loan's granted date and the first installment date.
- Max Days between Date Granted and
First Instalment Date: The maximum number of days allowed between the
loan's granted date and the first installment date.
- Initial First Interest Rate:
The initial first interest rate allowed for this specific loan product.
- Minimum First Interest Rate:
The minimum first interest rate allowed for this specific loan product.
- Maximum First Interest Rate:
The maximum first interest rate allowed for this specific loan product.
- Initial Subsequent Interest
Rate: The initial subsequent interest rate allowed for this specific
loan product.
- Minimum Subsequent Interest
Rate: The minimum subsequent interest rate allowed for this specific
loan product.
- Maximum Subsequent Interest
Rate: The maximum subsequent interest rate allowed for this specific
loan product.
- Reference Rate Dependant:

- Factor: (Applicable only when
using Unsecured Credit Transaction)
- Minimum Factor: (Applicable

- Maximum Factor: (Applicable

- Percentage to Add:

- Recalculate Loan on Repo Rate

- Repo Rate Change Effect:

- Maximum Fee Amount Percentage of
Capital: The maximum fee amount percentage of capital must not exceed
15%.
- Base Amount Percentage: The
base amount percentage allowed for this specific loan product.
- In Excess Percentage: The "In
Excess" percentage allowed for this specific loan product.
- Maximum Base Fee Amount: The
maximum base fee amount allowed for this specific loan product.
- Maximum Total Fee Amount:
The maximum total fee amount allowed for this specific loan product.
- Monthly Service Fee: The
monthly service fee allowed for this specific loan product.
- Minimum Monthly Service Fee:
The minimum monthly service fee allowed for this specific loan product.
- Maximum Monthly Service Fee:
The maximum monthly service fee allowed for this specific loan product.
- Charge First Month Service
Fee: Indicates if "Charge First Month Service Fee" is allowed.
- Charge Pro Rata First Monthly Service
Fee: Indicates if "Charge Pro Rata First Monthly Service Fee" is
allowed.
- Charge Pro Rata Final Monthly Service
Fee: Indicates if "Charge Pro Rata Final Monthly Service Fee" is
allowed.
- Allow Charging of Fee and Interest
when "In Default": Indicates if charging fees and interest when a
loan is "In Default" is allowed.
- Users: The users who have
access to this loan product.
- Record Date: The date the
loan product was created.
- Record Time: The time the
loan product was created (Local Time).
- Record User: The user who
recorded the loan product.
- Update Date: The date the
loan product was last updated.
- Update Time: The time the
loan product was last updated (Local Time).
- Update User: The user who
updated the loan product.
