General MAXCHAT
Setup
This section details how to configure the general
settings for the MAXCHAT module.
Overview
The General MAXCHAT Setup allows you to enable
the module and define whether chat functionality is active across the entire
Legal Entity or restricted to individual branches.
Procedure
- Navigate to Setup > MAXCHAT >
General.
MAXCHAT General Setup
Configure the following options:
- Enable: Select this checkbox to activate the
MAXCHAT module.
- Chat Type: Choose your
preferred chat activation level:
- Per Legal Entity: Activates MAXCHAT for all
users within the entire Legal Entity.
- Per Branch: Allows you to
activate MAXCHAT on a branch-by-branch basis.
Record Details
This section displays information about when the
MAXCHAT settings were last modified:
- Record Date: The date on which the record was
last completed.
- Record Time: The time at which the record was
last completed.
- Record User: The user who last
completed this record.
Actions
- Save: Click this button to permanently store
your configured settings.
- Cancel: Click this button to
discard any changes and return to the previous screen.
