This section explains how to manage your marketing information within the system.

Overview

You can add, edit, and view various marketing information entries. This allows you to track and manage different marketing initiatives or sources.

Accessing Marketing Information Setup

To access the Marketing Information setup:

1. Navigate to Setup > Marketing Info.

Security

Access to the Marketing Info feature is controlled through the Report Section of your user role, specifically under Setup > Marketing Info.

Managing Marketing Information

Once on the Marketing Info screen, you have the following options:

• Add a New Marketing Info: Click the Add a New Marketing Info button to create a new entry.
• Edit/Change an existing Marketing Info: To modify an existing entry, click the Edit Marketing Info button next to the item you wish to change.
• Print a list of all Marketing Info: Click the Print button to generate a printable list of all marketing information entries.

Viewing Marketing Information

The following columns are available when viewing all marketing information entries:

• Description: The name or description of the marketing information.
• Enabled: Indicates whether the marketing information is currently in use.

Returning to the Previous Screen

To go back to the previous screen, click the Back button.
