Overview

To access the MAXMEDIA General Setup options, navigate to Setup > MaxMedia > General.

General Settings

On this screen, you can configure the following general settings:

• Use Client Profile Picture: Select this checkbox to enable the functionality for taking a client's photo and saving it directly to their profile.
• Record Date: This field displays the date when this setup was configured.
• Record Time: This field displays the time when this setup was configured.
• Record User: This field shows the user who performed this setup.

How to Take a Client Picture

For instructions on how to take a picture of a client, please refer to the relevant section in the user manual (e.g., "Client > MaxMedia Take Client Picture" or "Loan > MaxMedia Take Client Picture with Loan").

Available Buttons

• Save: Click this button to store the configured information.
• Cancel: Click this button to return to the previous screen without saving any changes.
