Path: Setup > Geographical > Regions

This section allows you to group specific branches within your legal entity into regions. After setting up your regions here, you can then assign them to individual branches.

Security: To access these settings, ensure your role has the Setup > Regions security option activated under the Report Section.

Region Management Options

You can perform the following actions:

• Add a New Region: Click the Add a New Regions button.
• Edit/Change an existing Region: Click the Edit Regions button.
• Print Regions: Click the Print button to generate a list of your regions.
• View Regions: The screen displays a list of all configured regions.

Region Details

The following columns provide information about each region:

• Region Name: Enter the name of the region. This is a required field and must be completed.
• Region Code: Enter the code for the region. This is also a required field and must be completed.
