Roles
To manage security roles, navigate to Setup > Security >
Roles. MAXMONEY comes with a few standard roles to get you started. You can add new
roles or modify existing ones to customize security levels for your specific
business needs. From this screen, you can: Add a New Role: Click the Add a New Role button. You'll need
to request the group setup administrator to finalize the addition of a new
role. Edit an Existing Role: To modify an existing role, click the Edit
Role button. Print Role List: Click the Print button to generate a list of
all roles. The following details are displayed for each role: Description: A descriptive name for the security group or
level. Enabled: If this checkbox is not selected, users assigned to this
role will not have access to the system's various functions, meaning they
won't have the necessary user rights to make changes. To return to the previous screen, click Back.
