Users
Navigate to Setups > Security > Users. Here, the Group Administrator can add new users (employees) and link them to
specific roles. A user can only log into MAXMONEY branches they've been granted
access to. A single user can be linked to multiple roles (security levels) and
multiple branches within an entity. To disable an existing user, please contact Mycomax for assistance. From this screen, you can: Add a New User: Request your service provider to add a new user.
Keep in mind that adding new users may affect your billing. Edit an Existing User: To modify a user's details, click the Edit
User button. Print User List: To generate a list of all users, click the
Print button. Logout Users: This action will close all active user sessions,
requiring them to log in again. Edit Username: You can change an existing user's username. Reset Password: You can reset a user's password. Log: View a history of changes made to user setups. Upload Signature: Upload an image of the user's signature. Capture Signature: Capture the user's signature using the Allps
terminal. The following columns are available for viewing all users: Search: Easily find a specific user by entering their name in this
field. User Name: The user's login name in MAXMONEY. Person: The user's full name (name and surname). Enabled: Indicates whether this user account is currently
active. Roles: Displays the roles linked to the user. Branch: Shows the branch(es) the user is linked to. To return to the previous screen, click Back.User Setup
