This section details how to manage Collection Service Provider (CSP) user integrations within MaxCollect.

Overview

You can browse, add, and update MaxCollect CSP User Setups for your legal entity. This allows you to define specific users, their CSP credentials, and associated computer names for integration purposes.

Accessing CSP User Setup

1. Navigate to Setup > MaxCollect > CSP Users.

Security

To access the MaxCollect CSP User Setup, the relevant Security Resource must be activated.

MaxCollect CSP User Setup

This page displays all existing MaxCollect CSP User Setups for your legal entity in alphabetical order. For each user setup, you'll need to specify the following:

• User: Select the internal system user.
• CSP User Name: Enter the username provided by the CSP.
• User Password: Enter the password for the CSP user.
• CSP: Select the specific Collection Service Provider.
• Computer Name: Enter the name of the computer associated with this user's integration.
• Enabled: Toggle this setting to activate or deactivate the CSP user integration.

Actions

You have the following options on this page:

• Add MaxCollect CSP User: Click this button to create a new CSP user integration setup.
• Edit the MaxCollect CSP User: Select a specific CSP user from the list and click this button to modify its settings.
• Back: Click this button to return to the previous screen.
