This section details how to manage your Collection Service Provider (CSP) payment stream integrations within MaxCollect.

Overview

You can browse, add, and update CSP setups for your legal entity, enabling seamless integration with various payment collection service providers. For each setup, you'll define general parameters, payback settings, and CSP login credentials.

Accessing CSP Setup

1. Navigate to Setup > MaxCollect > CSP.

Security

To access the MaxCollect CSP Setup, the relevant Security Resource must be activated.

MaxCollect CSP Setup

This page displays all existing MaxCollect CSP Setups for your legal entity in alphabetical order. When creating or editing a record, you'll need to configure the following:

• Description: Provide a unique and descriptive name for the CSP setup.
• CSP: Select the specific Collection Service Provider you are integrating with.
• Enabled: Toggle this setting to activate or deactivate this CSP setup.
• Managed at CSP: Indicate whether this setup is managed directly at the CSP's system.
• Preferred Choice: Set this if it's your primary CSP for certain operations.
• Other Payback parameters: Configure additional parameters related to payback.
• CSP login credentials: Enter the necessary authentication details for the CSP.

The system enforces uniqueness checks to prevent duplicate entries:

• Uniqueness is checked on the Description field.
• Uniqueness is checked on the combination of CSP, Payback Type, and Preferred Choice.

For MaxPay integrations, a SOAP service call will be initiated to receive an Authentication Token from the bank, verified using the Merchant No (GlobalID).

You have the following options on this page:

• Add MaxCollect CSPs: Click this button to create a new CSP integration setup.
• Edit the MaxCollect CSPs: Select an existing CSP from the list and click this button to modify its settings.
• Print a list of the MaxCollect CSPs: Click this button to generate a printable list of all configured CSPs.
• Back: Click this button to return to the previous screen.
