User Setup Report
To generate a list of all users and their associated information, navigate to
Setup > Security > Users, then select
Print. The report will organize the information by First Name, then
Surname. Spreadsheet: This format allows you to open the report in applications
like Microsoft Excel or Open Office. Once in a spreadsheet, you can easily sort
the information to meet your specific business needs. You can also email this report to relevant users. To enable this,
ensure the following setups are complete: Go to Setup > Users, select the specific user, and make
sure their email address is filled in. Go to Setups > Branches, select the relevant Branch
> Cash Boxes, select the specific Cashbox, then Edit Cash
Box and ensure the user capable of receiving reports via email is
selected. The following information will be available in the report: User Name Short Name Enabled Interface Language Use High Contrast Interface Roles Branches Title Initials First Name Full Name Surname Gender ID Type ID Number Date of Birth Other Surname E-mail Address Cellphone Number Work Telephone Number Home Telephone Number Fax Number Physical Address Line 1 Physical Address Line 2 Physical Address Line 3 Physical Address Country Physical Address Province Physical Address Area Address Code Postal Address Line 1 Postal Address Line 2 Postal Address Line 3 Postal Address Country Postal Address Province Postal Address Area Postal Code Language Record User Record Date Record Time (Local Time) Update User Update Date Update Time (Local Time) Please note that both the record and update times will display in your
Local Time. Back to User List: Click this button to return to the previous
screen. Email Report: Click this button to email the generated report.Printing a List of Users
