Negative Qualification Rule
Path: This section explains how to set up
Negative client
status rules. These rules are designed to automatically update client statuses
based on negative payment behavior, such as overdue installments or
unrecoverable debt.
Security: The security option for
these settings is available under the Report Section within
Role Setup > Client Status Workflow Batch Rule. When you select "Loans have overdue
Instalments,"
the system's batch process will change clients to the designated status
if:
This rule is
for situations where payments are so far behind that the outstanding installment
is unlikely to be recovered. The contract status will become "Written Off" and
the client status "Debt Collecting."
GENERAL RULES APPLICABLE This rule is
similar to "Debt Collecting" but can be used for cases where the debt has been
handed over to a third party.
GENERAL RULES APPLICABLE This rule
applies to clients whose payment history indicates an impaired record,
potentially due to long-standing overdue amounts.
