Print Statement
After you have set the filters and generated a
Statement of Account, the system takes you to a final screen where you can
download, print, or email the document. This guide explains the final steps and
details the content included in the statement. Generate the Statement: This
screen appears after you have navigated to a client's statement function, set
your filters (e.g., date range, file format), and clicked the
Finish button. Download and View: Click on
the hyperlink provided. The name will reflect the file format you chose, for
example: Print the Document: You can email the generated statement directly
from the system. Prerequisites (Administrator
Setup): For this feature to work, your System Administrator must have
configured the following: Steps to Email: On the report
generation screen, simply click the Email Report button. The
system will send the statement to the pre-configured email address. The generated statement is a comprehensive
document broken down into the following sections: A detailed list of all transactions for the
selected period, with the following columns: A breakdown of the outstanding balance into
different ageing categories: This section displays your company's bank account
