SureSystems: The Loan Origination Process

This section outlines the standard workflow for creating a new loan and authenticating the DebiCheck mandate within SureSystems.

Step 1: Create the New Loan in MaxMoney

  1. Navigate to Client Administration > Search for a Client > New Loan.

  2. Within the loan application, ensure the following settings are selected:

    • Payback Type: DebiCheck Receipt

    • CSP: SureSystems

  3. Complete the loan process and click Finish on the final screen.


Step 2: Authenticate the Mandate on the Terminal

  1. Switch on the SureSystems payment terminal.

  2. Select your User profile.

  3. Choose the Pre-Auth option.

  4. Swipe the client's bank card. The terminal will connect to MaxMoney and retrieve the loan details.

  5. Ask the client to enter their PIN on the terminal.

  6. The loan reference will display for confirmation. The borrower may also be required to sign.


Step 3: Finalize Authorization in MaxMoney

  1. Return to the client's loan screen in MaxMoney.

  2. Click the Check Authorisation Status button.

  3. The system will retrieve the successful authorization information from the terminal and automatically populate the relevant fields, completing the mandate process.
